Mobile World Congress kicks off next week, and rumours are flying about what Nokia’s going to unveil at its Barcelona press event on Monday morning. Now a new report says the Finns are prepping a new, even cheaper Windows Phone for next week.

Reuters reports that Nokia is hard at work on cheaper phones to combat Chinese competitors like Huawei and ZTE who are able to undercut their rivals with low prices – and one of the models on show will be a Lumia running full fat Windows Phone 8.

That’s music to our ears. Earlier this month, we tested out the already super affordable Lumia 620, calling it the best Windows Phone ever – with the same software experience at an even lower pricetag (Below £100, perhaps), we reckon Nokia could be on to a winner.

The report doesn’t say anything about the rumoured Nokia Windows Phone with a giant PureView image sensor, so we may not be seeing the Holy Grail of camera phones in Spain next week – tune in on Monday to find out what we will.

Microsoft has been having troubles keeping the 128GB model Surface Pro tablet on virtual and actual store shelves, but it looks like the drought, as promised, is ending. The tablets now up for pre-order on the Microsoft Store website with an estimated March 1st ship date. Dell, well known as PC manufacturers has debuted in the highly competitive Indian smartphone market with the launch of two new Android based smartphones XCD28 and XCD35. The company is targeting both high and low-end users with these two 3G enabled handsets.

Speaking on the occasion here, Dell India General Manager Consumer & SMB Mahesh Bhalla said, "With todays launch, we extend (our) pioneering edge to the smartphones market… as starting with the XCD series, we look to offer technology solutions to a much larger audience."

"India is one of the fastest growing global markets for mobile devices, as well as personal computers," Dell Inc Vice-President Worldwide Business Development & Strategy Farooq Butt said.

Dell XCD28 features a 2.8-inch LCD touchscreen display and a 3.2 megapixel digital camera. The 3G enabled cell phone is powered by Android 2.1 OS. Other features include internet browsing, media player supporting multiple formats for videos and lot more.

Dell XCD28 Price in India: Dell XCD28 is priced at Rs 10,990 keeping in mind the average users. Its a real value for money phone.
